Back by popular demand -  “Have your seafood your way”   

First you pick your fresh seafood from a plentiful list and then you pick your preparation from another list. The list of fresh seafood will vary from day to day, but we will try to have four available at all times. In addition to the items listed below, we will feature on a rotating basis; rainbow trout, black bass, red snapper, grouper, Lake whitefish and others.  Frequently, Gulf shrimp or tiger shrimp will be available as a choice, shrimp of course, is a previously frozen item.

The list of recipes will always feature four types:           

-         A light, low calorie, low carb and no gluten recipe

-         A rich and tasty butter or cream sauce

-         A spicy Southwestern, Cajun or Caribbean style

-         A recipe that just says “Spring!”                                               

For example:

Choose from the following fresh seafood:

 - Fresh Atlantic Salmon   

 - Fresh Sea Scallops 

 - Fresh Crab Cakes 

 - Fresh Icelandic

 - Fresh Tilapia                                                                                                                       

Then, choose your preparation:

-         light, fresh vegetable stir-fry with lemon and basil

-         spicy, Cajun shrimp gumbo

-         delicate, Riesling Beurre Blanc with almonds

-         zesty, roast pepper coulis with mango salsa

It doesn’t get any fresher or prepared any more personally than that.

 

Easter Buffet  

Normally on Sundays, we offer a very nice buffet from 11am to 1:30pm at a very affordable price of $18.00, but on Easter Sunday, we will put out a lavish assortment of delicious entrees, appetizers, salads, soups, sides and desserts that will amaze you – including prime rib, roast ham and grilled Atlantic Salmon.  The $28.00 Easter Buffet will be offered from 10am to 3pm and reservations are available now.   (The same special buffet will also be offered on Mother’s Day, May 9th)

University of Illinois Graduation reservations – starting March 1st for the following times:

Friday – May 14th, lunch menu 11am-4pm and dinner menu 4pm-10pm

Saturday – May 15th – dinner menu from 10am – 10pm

Sunday – May 16th – Special  $24.00 Graduation Buffet  10am-1pm    Dinner menu  1pm-10pm.

Starting January 1st, 2010, Kennedy's will be starting new business hours.  These hours will be as follows:

Sunday - Thursday : 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Lunch, 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Dinner

Friday and Saturday : 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Lunch, 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. Dinner

Sunday Brunch Buffet running from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
